1) Download the mod, extract to FO2 directory.

3) Start fallout2\data\ssl\compile.bat
4) Download the English localisation, found at jordan631.narod.ru/TEXT.rar extract to FO2 directory

5) Un-mark the proto folder from read-only, confirm, then remark it as read only (paranoid precaution against weird winrar problem with file properties)
6) wipe or rename patch000.dat
