So I was bablefishing the forums, but I didn't get much usefull infomation out of it. I was wondering what big projects are work in progress. So I really apriciate you some of you folks could inform me about it. It seems there are few big mod in proces. atleast that what I got got from the translation from bablefish.

Well, actually I can say nothing but that damn "When its done" about the release dates 
Seriously, NV1.2 is complete and being tested now.
AL has already been released several times and then there were some fixes for it.
What about other projects... mostly they remain silent here, so personally I can say nothing interesting by now. But my opinion is not absolute of course, so maybe someone else will post here

AFAIK It won`t be savegame backwards compatible as there are plenty of new global variables introduced.

Another reason to replay fallout I guess.
Could you tell me if there will be more npcs or more quests ?

There is MrFixit integrated and so there are plenty of new quests for getting recipes of assembling different items and corresponding NPCs who provide such quests. NV 1.2 is done. I won`t lie, it has one serious (known) bug. With this bug it can`t be released, so we have to fix it and test. Since our modders and testers are kinda short of time, everyone needs to be patient.

After this bug is resolved which will take some time since it looks something hard to resolve, it will take some more time so it can be translated from russian to english right ?

Indeed. And if you watched NMA forums you`d know that there is quite a work for our decent translators crew already - Alternative Life. So the Russian version of NV 1.2 is 99% complete, but i don`t think that the English one comes out soon

So now New Vision is done, What are these people that worked on it going to do now? New plans or do they help working on other mods in progress like alternative life?

Actually, NV1.2 was done quite some time ago. People that were working on it keep working on different other small and big projects, their own mods etc. Such parallel tasks is a common practice in our community - all people try to help each other in the field he or she is good at.
Of course there is always a Big Secret Project that most of the old-school modders are fond of So, as always, be patient - we`ll be in touch.
