Hi Guys,
Thanks for all the cool tools you have made. I have just about finished converting all the critters from Fallout Tactics, by using a a batch file called Spr2Frm, this file runs the following programs in and automatic process.
Spr2Gif �===> Gif2Frm �===> �FrmCat

The only problem with the new FRMs are that I had to edit a few of them with Frame Animator, and Spr2Gif does not set the hair colour so they all have white hair
