Hi guys, I was hoping that you would be able to help me out here. I need to know how many frames per second in one of the FRMs for a talking head?

Any help would be appreaciated

FPS not important. Fallout uses LIP-files for switching frames in talking heads.

OK Thanks, What is the format of the Lip files? Also where are they located normaly so I can look at one?

It work under WinXP, but I don't know how it work under other versions of Windows.

I have downloaded the archives but I am not able to extract them. They are both RAR files but win RAR will not open them, it seems to think they are currupted? They do take awhile to download as well, but they appear to be quite small.

Thanks, I have just downloaded it. Sorry to keep asking for things, but can you please re-pack the document on LIP files as well?
