sorry, didn't know where to put this. i hope its not too off-topic in this forum 
i emailed wasteland ghost some days ago asking, if i can translate some of your modding tutorials here at teamx.ru for our new german fallout-community/site and didn't get any answer.
so i just decided to bother you with it a second time

I personally don't think that anyone will object if you translate and distribute the tutorials. Just preserve the original copyrights in that documents (if they contain any).
