Is it possible to change appirance of pover armor from F2 to looks like the one from fallout tactics (with minigun)
Is there a mode or something ?

Well Yes and no.

I converted pretty much all of the FOT critters into the FO2 FRM format, but as yet no mods have used them. You can download them here
