I am planning on playing Fallout 1 again and have one question. I want to install your mod that adds the left out quests and people, and would like to know what patches, if any, I should apply first. I have US version 1.0.

Apply 1.1 patch and then install Update Mod. Do not apply any other patches or mods! Remember, this is only beta and there are many bugs in it.

By 1.1, you mean the official Interplay patch I assume.
I was hoping the mod would work with your unofficial 1.3 patch.
Also, has anyone heard anything about Avega's unofficial patch?Any links to his donload are down.

Yes, official 1.1 patch.
Avega aka Mynah is one of the autor of 1.3 patch  . His work was completely included in TeamX unofficial patch.
Update Mod is not compatible with any Fallout1 unofficial patch! Install it with the official 1.1 patch only!
