Well, when i'm seeing the fallout 2 inventory frms i think: How they do it so perfect, without any errors, with each dot (in paint) in a diferent color? I can do it to? I'm saying that because i tried to modify them, but paint base colors don't work and i start to think in what i've sayed... If anyone know the anwsers, let me know...

Basically, you`ll have to have a big-scale image of the object you intend to put into Fo. Then you load it into some good graphics processor like GIMP or Photoshop and resize it to approximately 51 x 26 pixels. The antialiasing (smoothing) effect is enabled by default, so you`ll get a nice small image that will seem slighly blurry when zoomed in, but will look cool in 100% zoom and in the game.
