I noticed Killian re-introduces himself when you select the dialogue line, "I am <name>." Is this intentional behavior or a bug? In version 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2, Killian says nothing when choosing that line.
I also I noticed a few times I when spoke to Trish in the bar and I would get the dialogue for the hotel.
(Addition of 7:27 - 17 Jan., 2008.)
Oh, about the Trish's dialogue in the bar... it didn't make any sense because she would say something like "What are you doing in my room?" Thats how I knew the dialogue was for the hotel.

There is a bug in patch 1.33
Ian didnt says the text near the Killians doors and in Vault 13. In the not patched game he always says something.

Are you using 1.3.3 patch only or 1.3.3 patch + NPC Mod?

Fine 
I decompiled scripts for Ian from patch and NPC mod and there are the same instructions for Ian commentary.
The instructions look that should work good but something is wrong. I do not understand why.
The way to fix the bug is remove some new added instructions by TeamX and Ian will tell always the commentary in those places.
I made this in Polish version of this patch and NPC mod.
btw. thanks a lot for a great patch and mod

He is saying his comments if you entered the map, but if you saved and loaded game he will not say any comments. This was done to prevent endless comments after every save/load.
