In our mod We want to have pipboy and vaultsuit from begin of the game... I found program called Fo Loader - here... Is there other way(maybe edit fallout2.exe) to do it ?
My English is bad, sorry :D...

So I changed the start skin to vault suit by UltraEdit, but still I can't sold the second problem(pipboy)...
