Hello everyone
I'm new to these forums. I'm from Japan, and I come with a question, because I could not find mention of it in these boards.
Do you discuss MOD'ing Fallout Tactics? If so, is there a way to create custom portraits for this game? I was wondering if some of the programs available on the TeamX site can be used for this purpose.

Unfortunately, we are don't discuss Fallout Tactics modding.
I can't help you because I was never interest in Fallout Tactics.
